Delivery & Dispatch

 

Each order is prepared with care and intention, so your parcel of self-love and magic arrives safely in your hands.

Orders up to £50.00 – £5.00 delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

Orders £50.00–£100.00 – £6.00 delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48 Signed For)

Orders £100.00–£160.00 – £7.00 delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48 Signed For)

Orders over £160.00 – £12.50 delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery – fully insured up to £750.00)

Our turnaround time is 4–8 working days (Monday–Saturday). Please note: Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

We do our best to dispatch your magical items within 3 working days once your order is ready.

✨ You’ll receive an email (don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder!) with your tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey home to you.

If your item isn’t quite what you expected or you’ve simply changed your mind, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.

Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can raise a claim with our courier and make things right quickly.
